Next Move NY is a regional workforce initiative funded by New York State to match Soldiers transitioning from the military currently at Fort Drum, spouses, and veterans with employment opportunities across New York’s North Country region.

The mission of Next Move NY is to:

• Connect Soldiers transitioning from the military, their spouses, and veterans to meaningful employment in the North Country
• Train Soldiers transitioning from the military, their spouses, and veterans in career fields positioning them for employment in the North Country
• Embrace Soldiers transitioning from the military, their spouses, and veterans to build roots in the North Country.
